Our Policies

Appointments
On your first visit to Essential Massage Therapy, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This time will allow you to fill out an intake form and share any relevant medical information with your massage therapist.

Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so late arrival may require your treatment to be shortened or rescheduled. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee your full service.

12-hours notice is required for all cancellations. Clients who are unable to provide this notice will be charged the full amount of the session. Clients who have previously purchased a massage package will lose that session.

Payments
Cash, check and most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) are acceptable forms of payment.
